hi guys and girls im fiddling with ulead gif animator i was wondering how the heck do you slow down the animation plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz yea i know im a dumbxxx :P

You can either change the frame rate or add more frames to it so that it takes longer, but will make it a bigger image.  So frame-rate would be best here!
