A Deep Blue 2009 Theme.
Theme updated to fix minor issues and bugs
Issues Fixed for 1.3
News display issue if news is not enabled
Mis-Alignment of footer graphics
Font size consistency
Drop down alignment
Previous Issues Fixed
Avartar placement
Missing text strings
Padding Alignment
Footer Alignment
Fixed some inconstancies in some of the graphics
Fixed some text colours to make it more legible
And Finally a number of issues between Firefox and IE7 /8
This layout is of a fluid design with a minimum width of 1100px and a maximum of 1600px.
The Theme contains features such as:-
- A fully centered menu which will automatically adjust
with the width of the forum.

- Clean and sharp font which contrasts with the
background for easy reading at all font sizes.
