Logo & Sig Request

I need the following things done for my portal site called The Arcade.

• I need a 300 X 300 logo.
• I need a sig which compliments the above logo.
• Must be arcade themed.

There no demands other than the ones above. No deadline to get things done.

Post some pictures of what you would like in the logo we do not want to spend ours designing something only to have you not like it . We are good at what we do but our time is limited so we don't like to waste time .

I whipped up a few just to get an idea of what you are looking for more input would be helpful anyway here they are.

I added two images you  can use. It's not "Arcade" in the strict definition. I'm thinking on the lines of "Home Arcade".

Ok just threw this together let me know when am getting closer to what you want and then I will try to make a matching sig.
Maybe some of the other designers will jump in with some ideas I am almost 53 years old and really know nothing about gaming which makes it hard for me to come up with ideas .

The thing is that the background doesn't pop. So I've decided to see if I can find a background that would make it pop.

I think I found it. It's a big picture, so you might want to scale it down a bit so it's easier to use.

I don't think this is the right background for this logo but here it is anyway .

You would actually have to scale it down and tile it together the size you wanted to look realistic.  Easiest to do using a grid, then merging layers to make larger tiles...

Yeah if i add it to my textures folder I can scale it more realistically .

This one is better but background on the other one would not scale properly for me still have a lot to learn about PSP PRO I thought I new everthing about it LOL.

First off nice going, that's exactly what I wanted. Nice work.

Second, DMHolt57 has a very valid point. If you scale a picture either to big or to small, it will be a bigger problem than if you would just do it the way DMholt57 did it.
