How does Shortie have that top block done so that it shows a post as well as my name in there?
What kind of block is that? When I look at all my choices for blocks in SimplePortal I don't see one that seems like the right one to use...
Can someone get me that set up?

I believe it is the " Board News" block

Don't know if this will help much, but if you right clik on the page in IE and select view source, and scroll down to line 200, you can see the code he uses.  But some of his mods were just for GM and he hasn't packaged some of them for distribution yet...

Using the You bbc mod <-- requires minimal edits to the package-info.xml file or you can use the personal address bbc mod you can achieve showing the posters name as they view.

I also believe thats a Board News Block

Thanks spoogs!!  That was what I was looking for that "personal address bbc mod" did the trick!!

And yes it is the "board news block" that does that
