Hi,

We are hosting a small educational site. We will try to redesign it to look very clean and minimal, white background and lively colors, lets say google main site look&feel.

We need some simple logo ideas. It would be great if it could be some educational symbol (graduation hat, book...) in combination with our url (drzavna-matura.com). It should have some lively colors but look clean and simple. Simplicity is of high importance.

It would be great if it is large enough to give me enough freedom to make smaller and different sizes later by shrinking.

The biggest used size will be for forum (SMF) header. Other smaller sizes would be used for some document headers, or banners, etc...It would be good if size ratio is more on width side, meaning that width is bigger than height.

Thank you for your effort but this was not what I had in mind. I was thinking about much simpler logo where you would combine one educational symbol with url of our site, and the backgrounds would be transparent. It would be great if that logo had lively colors.

Dont worry, it is nice and interesting but we were aiming for something different, event though something like this could be used but for different purpouses...

Ok, now we are getting somewhere, thank you guys for your effort, this is definitely much better

It is definitely in good direction, both of designs, but we need more lively, multicolor logo...Something very similar but maybe more colorfull if you can see what I am aiming for? I like the google logo colors for universal example

I have better idea. Can you try to make logo out of our url, with nice font and multiple colors, something like google logo? Than we can see if we can add some educational symbol to it.

URL should be much more important part of logo, highly emphasized.

Not sure how to do the Google thing without doing a layer for each letter which is more time than I have to put into it I can do this though .

That is better. I would loose completely the circle around, only leave multicolor url.

It would be good to remove the black part out of url too, and use color hues closer to this one in attached image (that colors will be used on site with a lot of white):

Can you replace the black line and dot with something more apropriate and maybe try with some nicer font, and polished look? And all letters shouldnt be capital.

There is no need for bubble around. It should be transparent so I can put it on different places as necessary.

This is close to what I wanted, thank you so much for your effort.

Can you make it bigger? I will resize it as necessary but it is always nice to have it in bigger size.

It would be great if you have some idea how to add some more touch to it, artistic touch to it?

Maybe there is too much flounce, too much wrinkes

The letters should me more rounded.

The size could be even bigger, up to 500.

For the artistic touch, I am trying to find what to put, I feel like some little touch is missing to make it perfect

I hope I will come to it soon.

I talked to my colleague and we have few observations:

The letters are to tall and too thin. We would like to see it more in the width, not so tall. Maybe you can try with other font too?

There is too much 3D and shadow in the letters, you can reduce that too.

All letters can be lower case.

Can you make the colors just slightly in lighter hues or just more lively effect, but really slightly. I would like to see it just slightly more lively, especially the orange hue.

We will see what we can do I am working on one right now for another member and I am losing my patience these things are so small and I have poor vision so I have to start out with a larger size and then resize it and then after resizing they are to blurry I think I am getting close and then I will try making one for you .
