Playroom menu icon help

Hey. Been awhile since I was here. I have been really busy with my forum and real life work.
I am making some changes to my forum and need a bit of help with some graphics. I use the Ultimate Playroom as my forum default theme, and I want to create some custom icons for my menu. I have several extra menu items that the included icons do not cover, and as great as they are, there are none that suit my needs for these extra menu entries. I have tried to duplicate the effects myself, but with no success. I want to keep the look uniform across the menu.
What I am wondering is if I could get a blank icon to work with. Either an original PSD, and if that isn't possible just a blank png that I can add my own idea too. Example- I have lightroom set as the default, so would need the following icon without the star in the middle.


Is there anyone that can lend a hand on this?

I think it looks great myself. I tried several ways to do it, but none worked for me. I used Paint shop pro for so many years that I am still having a bit of trouble moving to Photoshop.   

I can work with that.
I will play with that one to see if I can get it to match the other color variations in the theme. My main concern was for the default (lightwave) that even the guests see.  I wanted all of them to be uniform across the top.  Great job.
