Theme Question and Possible Request

Hey guys. I'm wondering if you guys do custom themes and if you include mods into your themes? Do you require payment? Any details would be appreciated

Drop some links to theme images you have in mind and voice some of your desires...  8)

What do you mean by theme images? Examples of themes I like?
