Yeah, this is the coolest GM Theme ever created IMO.  In fact it's 1 of the coolest Themes I ever saw.  In any case, only 1 thing that irritates me about it, is that I select the silver color, but when I log out and back in again, it loads up the Blue Color.  Anyway to get the Silver Color always for this theme??

Cheers  :thumbsup:

Ok, sure 57.  All Done, just thought that changing the color would change the actual Theme, but now I see it acts as a preview of that themes color instead.

Cheers :)

One of the things I need to look at on how to pass the session id to the profile so it can be permanent

Yes but to make it unique then it needs to be done from the dropdown menu too - just can not seem to work out how to do it

If SoLo is up to a little help then this will make my themes some thing different as well

But @NB no other theme sets it permanent  so could be a special feature - I will keep working on it

Hello Shortie,

Here's the url you need it to point to for example:

http://graphicsmayhem.com/GMForum/index.php?action=theme;sa=pick;u=8;th=16;[sessvar]=[sessid];vrt=red

To get the [sessvar] and [sessid], it's in the global $context variable already as $context['session_var'], and $context['session_id'], and use the global $scripturl (in PHP) or smf_scripturl (in JS) to get the beginning part of this url (http://graphicsmayhem.com/GMForum/index.php), ofcourse you can always type it in also, but why do that when you can get it via those variables.  Than I suppose '?action=theme;sa=pick;u=' . $user_info['id'] . ';th=16;' would be like that.  So each of the colors that you click on should change the vrt=.

For Example for Red:
Code: [Select]
echo '
<a href="' . $scripturl . '?action=theme;sa=pick;u=' . $user_info['id'] . ';th=16;' . $context['session_var'] . '=' . $context['session_id'] . ';vrt=red">Red Color</a>';

So everything would be the same for the other colors, cept for the last variable in the url vrt=

EDIT:  Though I suppose you'll want to have them redirected to the index page after that, in that case, you'll want to use redirectexit() after executing that url, it may be a good idea to set another variable at the end of URL, like so:
Code: [Select]
echo '
<a href="' . $scripturl . '?action=theme;sa=pick;u=' . $user_info['id'] . ';th=16;' . $context['session_var'] . '=' . $context['session_id'] . ';vrt=red;goindex">Red Color</a>';

than in the PHP you can use:

Code: [Select]
if (isset($_GET['goindex']))
    redirectexit();

Which will go inside of the action=theme function for the sa=pick.

Well, let me know if you need anymore help Shortie?

Cheers :)
