Site upgrade
« on: December 20, 2009, 07:36:30 AM »
Hi All

Graphics Mayhem has now been upgrade to RC2 and a curve based Theme

A lot has been going on behind the scenes to ensure that it has been as smooth as possible and that no data has been lost

There has been a complete data cleanse - but all data is intact

So before we all start making topics about this is missing this doesn't work - I don't like the theme etc

THIS IS A WIP - so my view is to deliver the service and once the ground has settle I will address the issues

So enjoy and keep in touch as the Play room Theme is on its way - but need to test BIG time in a live environment

So any issues / concerns etc PLEASE post here in this topic - so as we have a single thread for discussion etc

All the Best

THE GM Team

I don't like much this theme as compared with the prior theme of the forum.
a) The background was more bright but this is more dark.
b) I also preffer the old style of main menu
c) I also preffer the old "new.gif" icon instead of the current icon.

I am sure that your Powerful and Professionally working team (included me  ) is able to do it's  BEST in order to produce a Very Powerful and ergonomic theme in the future !!

ry Powerful and
My Signatures are dissapeared ?

The sig rotator is inactive. You need ti put up a static one.

Can Curve be a selectable theme? Maybe until PlayRoom is finished. Please (as it's by far my favorite)

Looking Good Shortie.  It's going to take some getting used to that's for sure.  As much as I like this Theme of yours a lot, I get a boxed-in feeling when viewing things on here now.

Well, will have to get to work on my EDS Addon for the Download System I can see as it really looks terrible now as opposed to how it was.  But I don't blame you, you can't stop and/or slow down progress and it's always a pleasure seeing the progress that gets made here at GM every single day.

Well, just wanted to say Congrats and Cheers :)

Hi Ya

I am working on it BUT I do not want to distract from what is there But I do need some more definition if that makes sense

Especially on the portal as it all seems to be a little flat

Unfortunately I have set the SMF default theme to see this site because the black background with light coloured text is difficult for me to read it for long time.

The playground theme is not correct and on the other hand when I change the preferred colours for the new theme every time I open the site the colours are changed to blue/cyan combination.
