iTouch/iPhone support

While navigating GM on my iTouch it was quite hard to nav since the menu bar isn't supported on that device.

Maybe the smf4iphone theme installed or a menu block for simple portal?

Just some suggestions.

Been looking at smf4iphone  and the auto switching mods as well

Just need to steal my daughter Itouch to do some further testing :D:D:D
