Membergroup Images

I need some member group images. Hopefully one of you geniuses are willing to help me again. 

These are the membergroups listed and rated in of importance

1.Publisher (red)
1.Editor-In-Chief (red)
1.Chief-Engineer (red)
2.Columns/Reviews Edtor (black)
3.Chief Moderator (blue)
4.USH Reviews (purple)
4.USH Columns (purple)
5.USH Staff (green)
10.Unsung Hero (yellow)

by the way, can you tell me how to "use" these icons? i mean how can i show them instead of the default texts for each member groups?

Upload them to your theme/images folder

and then edit the member group for the new file name

I like it, but I'd prefer it to be a little thinner/smaller and more business looking if possible.

That can be done

But the more characters you have the longer it has to be so if you can come up with something with less characters then the options increase

Very, very nice. Maybe a smidgen smaller though. I have a TeamPage mod installed and the previous one you created sort of cut some text off due to it's size. Still I thank you so much.

I'm not that good yet.  I would love to do that, though. If resizing it is a problem you don't have to do it.

Un zip the attached and add to your current theme

If there is one there just back it up first
